Our editorial remains baffled by the number of sex videos circulating daily on social media in recent years. On social media, defamation, depravation of nudity and sexual denigration have become the norm.
Revengeful spirits, the unloved or apprentice sexologists take malicious pleasure in vilifying the sexuality of certain tribes, certain races, certain social classes or certain age groups on a daily basis in order to gain popularity.
According to a study conducted by the Italian Society of Andrology and Sexual Medicine (SIAMS) :
“70% of people treated for erection problems began to visit pornographic sites as early as their teenage years.”
On online forums, a myriad of people obsessed with online porn talk about their inability to get turned on by their partners and complain about suffering from erection problems.
Some are men in their twenties with no physical problems but obsessed with increasingly raw sexual images to be sexually stimulated.
As a reminder, a healthy and discreet sexuality remains appealing and timeless.
The day when mentally balanced couples will make love openly in a public space to prove how sexually ‘fashionable’ they are or to showcase their sexual prowess will never come.
From “nudes” … to pornography: when the vulgarisation of pornography kills the libido.
Some social media (whose names we will keep silent) have vulgarised porn amongst young people. These social media are not officially “rated X” but subtly divert censorship to monetise child pornography content.
The majority of content creators present on these social media are there to sell pornographic photos and videos.
If the requirement conditions of use and access of the sites state that you must be 18 years or older, recent investigations carried out by the BBC (The British Broadcasting Corporation) last May proved that certain sites promote child pornography because minors were present on some platforms.
Legal consequences and penalties for reposting sexually explicit images on social media.
Since 2015 in England and Wales, it has been an offence for someone to share a private sexual image or video (online or offline) of someone without their consent and with the intention of causing them distress.
Under Section 33 of the Criminal Justice and Court Act 2015, this offence is punishable by up to two years in prison. Since 2016 in France, for example, French law has taken drastic measures by adopting the law “for a digital Republic”.
From now on, the dissemination of “revenge porn” is punishable by 2 years’ imprisonment and a fine of 60,000 euros meaning 53,320.50 Pound sterling.
In the law that penalises them “the fact of transmitting or disseminating, without the consent of the latter, the image or the voice of a person, when the recording, image or video is sexually explicit”.
The law therefore provides for the same penalties to be imposed on all those who disseminate sexually explicit images, even by republication on social media.
All is not lost. Despite this violence of sharing and imposing sexual content on the public without their consent which kills libido on a daily basis, some scientifically proven tips can still allow you to acquire and or increase or even maintain your libido.
If libido is a natural instinct, why do some people have more sex drive than others? To respond to this lack of libido, some people are increasingly using aphrodisiacs.
Aphrodisiacs take their names from Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and sexuality.
According to some preconceived ideas, certain foods such as: Chocolate, ginger, asparagus, coffee, oysters, cinnamon, cucumber, hot pepper… are natural aphrodisiacs.
However, no scientific study has confirmed the real effect of the aforementioned aphrodisiacs on the secretion of the pleasure hormone, it seems that these foods could play a role simply through the power of human imagination.

If your lack of sexual desire is pathological, consult a doctor. But if you do not suffer from this disorder, find below some scientifically proven tips to avoid sinking into a complete loss of libido.
Mother Nature is the most talented artist of them all. If the libido is natural, it should be increased and maintained naturally. Did you know? to increase sexual desire:
Stay physically active
Physical exercises that increase your heart rate, such as walking, jogging, aerobics… are a great way to maintain your daily health.
It has been scientifically proven that the practice of sport increases the levels of endorphin, serotonin and testosterone, which is the main hormone of sexual desire, in men and in women.If your heart is strengthened by sport, this will necessarily increase your sex drive.
Control your stress levels as much as you can
A high level of stress increases your blood pressure: which kills your libido.
Make sure you include relaxation-based activities in your life, such as: listening to music, singing, dancing in front of a mirror, watching a movie (which soothes your nerves and not which promotes violence), physical exercises, treating yourself to a spa, talking with positive people …
Include in your diet few foods that increase blood flow.
As a reminder, erection is the result of blood being directed to the penis at the time of arousal.
Certain foods and climates increase sexual desire and also improve erection quality in men. Bananas are rich in potassium and help lower blood pressure.
Salmon, tuna, avocado, olive oil are rich in omega-3, and therefore increase blood flow.
Onion and garlic also have the ability to improve blood circulation.Organic eggs are rich in vitamins B: Not only do they balance hormone levels but they also help reduce stress.
Stay in the sun: The sun stimulates the production of vitamin D, essential to ensure sexual desire. If you live in the West, have a daily sunbathe during the winter months.
Do not abuse alcohol or cigarettes
Alcohol and cigarettes kill your sex drive. It is acceptable to drink your favorite beer once or twice casually.
But if you drink more than 3 alcoholic drinks every day, in addition to harming your health, you will destroy your body’s testosterone levels.
Excess in everything is harmful. Being addicted to pornography hardly makes you look like the Casanova that all women dream of or the sexually liberated woman who can finally show or say out loud in social media what everyone is thinking.
Finding the middle ground between sexy and vulgar allows you to fully enjoy your libido with arguably the right amount of erotism like a balanced human being.
