We are all special and unique in our own ways, as is each of our own particular beauty. That ‘beauty comes from within’ is more than mere sentimental cliché: the tone and texture of our skin reflects our inner health; pays visible testament to any inner stress and tension, hormonal dysfunction, or nutritional deficiencies.
