When the 2020 Brazilian Formula 1 Grand Prix was cancelled but other countries such as the UK, Italy and Belgium were still listed on the race calendar, The Bridge Magazine was prompt for a special edition to contact the officials in Brazil and Senna’s family to keep Senna’s legacy and the torch of his athletic gift and prowess alive.
Four years later, our editorial is highly impressed and thrilled that the Royals in Monaco remain loyal to Senna’s memory: Senna’s legacy still lives on in Monaco, where the Brazilian driver was once crowned The King of Monaco.
Due to his record-setting 6th win at the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix, beating the previous record holder Graham Hill, and setting a record that would remain unbroken till this day.

Monaco pays tribute to the iconic Ayrton Senna 30 years after his tragic death at the Imola circuit on May 1st ,1994.
On Saturday May 11th, 2024, from 12:50 p.m. to 1:20 p.m., Senna was honoured with a tribute parade during the Historic Monaco Grand Prix.
Six vehicles formerly driven by Ayrton Senna completed four laps of the Monaco circuit as a tribute to the Brazilian driver, who tragically died 30 years ago on the Imola circuit.

Born on the 21st March 1960 at the Pro-Matre Maternity Hospital in Santana, in São Paulo, Brazil. Ayrton’s father, a rich Brazilian landowner and factory owner, was married to Neide Senna da Silva.
Ayrton Senna da Silva had an older sister Viviane and a younger brother Leonardo. Ayrton Senna grew up in the North of the city of Sāo Paolo in Brazil (Serra Da).

On the first of May in that year was the San Marino Grand Prix. Ayrton Senna headed to the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari circuit in Imola.
With the usual faith and trust in himself that he would win the race, the unpredictable and inevitable happened and that was the end of it. The curtain fell on his dominance of Formula 1 Grand Prix.
According to constructors, evidence shows that Senna’s accident was related to a slight urgent modification to the steering position to accommodate Senna more comfortably in the cockpit of the Williams.
This crucial technical detail resulted in Patrick Head, the Williams team’s technical director, and his then chief designer, Adrian Newey, being charged with manslaughter.
There is little surprise that conspiracy theorists, some fans, and rumour-mongers were prompt to accuse the Italian prosecutor and the Williams team over Senna’s death. Fans and conspiracy theorists were unhappy about the manslaughter trial case following the death of Ayrton Senna being suspended by the prosecutor because time had run out to press charges under the terms of a statute of limitations.
Recent news on appeals court upheld the acquittals of the Williams technical director Patrick Head and former team designer Adrian Newey in the 1994 death of Formula One star Ayrton Senna.
The Williams has been a dominant name in Formula 1, but their journey may have come to an end as Claire Williams made a public announcement that she will have to step down from her Deputy Team Principal role following the Italian Grand Prix of Sunday 6th September 2020.
On September 3rd. 2020, she said to Formula 1 UK fans: “It is with a heavy heart that I am stepping away from my role with the team […] I have taken the decision to step away from the team in order to allow Dorilton a fresh start as the new owners. It has not been an easy decision but it’s one I believe to be right for all involved.”

Why was Ayrton Senna so special?
* It took 12 years for Michael Schumacher to beat Senna’s record.
* Senna had a dream to see every child and youth receive quality education.
Senna gave huge amounts to charity, in Europe, sent money to help children in Bosnia or Serbia, and The Balkans war zones but never wanted it to be public and will remind people several times to keep his charity works and benevolent acts anonymous

Legends Never Die: Ahead of the avant-première of the 81st Monaco Grand Prix 2024 edition; 🇲🇨🏎️🏁the late Ayrton SENNA is Royally represented.
When Loyalty and Royalty go hand in hand. It is with great joy that The Bridge Magazine acknowledges that the Principality of Monaco in its Formula 1 edition pays tribute to the late Lord of Formula 1 with a giant picture of Senna in close-up of the main racing track in all its splendour and a parade of six vehicles formerly driven by him.
When the 2020 Brazilian Formula 1 Grand Prix was cancelled but other countries such as the UK, Italy and Belgium were still listed on the race calendar, The Bridge Magazine was prompt for a special edition to contact the officials in Brazil and Senna’s family to keep Senna’s legacy and the torch of his athletic gift and prowess alive.
Four years later, our editorial is highly impressed and thrilled that the Royals in Monaco remain loyal to Senna’s memory: Senna’s legacy still lives on in Monaco, where the Brazilian driver was once crowned The King of Monaco. Due to his record-setting 6th win at the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix, beating the previous record holder Graham Hill, and setting a record that would remain unbroken till this day.
