Shock report over child sex offence recently made the Sun newspapers headline bringing to the table the horror issue of predatory paedophile: just like in Britain, behind the world most celebrated Rio de Janeiro carnival, perverts are the mastermind behind child prostitution and pornography destroying innocent soul.
On April 4, 2012, the journalist Anthony France on his article entitled: Child sex offence every 20 minutes wrote on the Sun newspaper:
“The 43 police forces in England and Wales recorded 23,097 child sex offences last year. That included rape, incest, child prostitution and pornography…More than 400 children are sexually abused every week in Britain-one every 20 minutes a shock investigation has revealed.”
Whereas, in Rio de Janeiro the line is very thin to notice when tourists switch from leisure tourism to underage sexual tourism, prostitution and pornography.
According to the superintendent of the Department of Economic Development in the state of Rio de Janeiro Luiz Carlos Prestes Filho, the 2012 festival has attracted 850,000 visitors to the state and contributed $628 million to its economy — a 12 per cent increase over last year.
Brazil’s government puts the tourism income for the whole country at $3.2 billion. Those numbers would put Carnival in a league with this summer London Olympics.”
However, Brazil is also known as the brothel capital of the world, holds a strong reputation for both sexual promiscuity and poverty reputation, making Rio de Janeiro’s red- light district one of the most notorious of the planet…
