As we head toward the end of January, the hope we ended 2015 with is to be fruitful throughout 2016 and beyond only if coupled with positive perception and good health choices.

Committing oneself to nurture inner peace should be among everyone’s New Year resolutions. Everyone who is able to enjoy their physical and emotional attributes as human beings should appreciate how fortunate they are in shaping their own lives.
