The Republic of Cameroon is a country in West Central Africa bordered by Nigeria, Chad, Central Africa, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The country has been likened by historians to an “Africa in miniature”, thanks to its geographical and cultural diversity.English and French are the official languages, with more than 200 ethnic tongues spoken in different regions of the country.
